Mandatory Training for Employers

We have received an overwhelming number of applications for RNIP.  As there are a limited number of recommendations for 2023, we have had to implement a temporary pause starting May 14th 2023 on mandatory training for businesses from non-priority industries, job postings and applications.

Employer Training:

Applications from non-priority industries will not be accepted after 11pm PST, May 14th 2023, therefore we will temporarily accept only businesses offering jobs in priority NOC codes for the mandatory training sessions.

Job Postings:

Existing job postings will continue to be published on the candidate platform if an employer is hiring a new candidate, as we recognize it takes time to find the right employee. However, the applications from candidates with job offers from non-priority occupations will not be accepted at this time.

Employers must take mandatory training before posting any jobs on the RNIP website.

This training is for employers who meet the Community Criteria.

Upcoming Mandatory Training Sessions:

  • Thursday, September 21st 2023, 10:00am – 11:30am PST
  • Thursday, October 5th 2023, 10:00am – 11:30am PST
  • Monday, October 23rd 2023, 10:00am – 11:30am PST
